Media professionals have long viewed cable advertising as limiting. They haven't been able to reach as many consumers as they should. Until now. Comcast Spotlight was introducing a technology that made sure cable consumers saw messaging even if they were using telco or satellite. We translated the increased viewership into our adorable character, The Eyecon, which came to represent the "more eyeballs" now available to local advertisers.
